Aimée Parrott's The green fuse drives the flower at Cample Line

This autumn, CAMPLE LINE at Thornhill, Dumfries and Galloway is delighted to present The green fuse drives the flower, an exhibition of new works by Brighton-based artist Aimée Parrott opening Saturday 3 October and running until Sunday 13 December. About The exhibition will bring together as many as eighteen new works that offer an irresistible amalgam of painting, printmaking and textile-based techniques, through which Aimée continues to explore transitional and dual states of being and processes of transformation, transference and exchange. In response to the season and shortening days of natural light in CAMPLE LINE’s spaces, Aimée will also include a series of painted hanging lamp works to illuminate the downstairs gallery. Painting
