RegisterSt. Louis County Library and Left Bank Books welcome beloved environmental writer Terry Tempest Williams. St. Louis County Library Foundation and Left Bank Books present Award-Winning Author Terry Tempest Williams “The Glorians: Visitations from the Holy Ordinary ” St. Louis County Library - Clark Family Branch Post Event Space 1640 S. Lindbergh Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63131 Known for her impassioned and lyrical environmental writing, Terry Tempest Williams has been called "a citizen writer," a writer who speaks on behalf of an ethical stance toward life. In this time of political fragility, climate chaos, and seeking beauty wherever we can find its glimmer, Williams introduces us to the Glorians: the ordinary, often overlooked presences--animal, plant, memory, moment--that reveal our shared vulnerability and interconnectedness with the natural world. Wise and lyrical, “The Glorians” is a testament to the power of witness, a field guide to finding grace in the unexpected, and a moving invitation to engage with one another and our surroundings with renewed intention. INDIVIDUAL TICKET $35(Admits ONE and includes one pre-signed copy of “The Glorians") OR PACKAGE TICKET $45 (Admits TWO and includes one pre-signed copy of "The Glorians") Due to time constraints, there will not be a signing or photo line at this event.
