Cocktail, Open Studios, Performance – Artists: Group exhibition

For Lisbon Art Weekend 2026, Estúdio Baratinha proposes an expanded open studio that treats the studio as both an exhibition format and a relational space. Through the inclusion of invited artists within each individual workspace, the project extends the usual logic of the open studio and unfolds through a series of encounters between distinct practices. These juxtapositions generate dialogue, friction, and cross-contamination between works, languages, and artistic positions. Distributed across the different studios, the exhibition proposes a fragmented reading of the space, reconfiguring the intimate scale of the studio as a site of exchange and displacement. The programme also includes a food-based performance, conceived as both a performative gesture and a sensory, collective activation of the exhibition context. On November 7, 2026, Estúdio Baratinha will present an expanded open studio structured through invitations initiated by each of the artists working in the space. The project brings together interventions by invited artists in dialogue with the different working contexts of the studio, forming an exhibition distributed across its various workspaces. The program will also include a food-based performance. Performance / Live Art
