Day

An exhibition of work by RA Schools Students Anna Metzger, Sam Tromp and Joel Wycherley. About 'Day' is an attempt to approach the fracturing of narratives that can happen when multiple scales – internal, bodily, and architectural – are encountered simultaneously. Rules remain established but they are no longer so clear. Each work functions as a distinct proposition, the fraying edges of which extend to form a whole. A day is a twenty-four hour cycle, the time it takes for the earth to make one rotation on its axis. Anna Metzger, Sam Tromp and Joel Wycherley are current students at the Royal Academy Schools.
