Dunmow Art Group Spring Exhibition 18 - 19 April

Dunmow Art Group Spring Exhibition Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th April 10 - 4pm at Foakes Hall with Dunmow Photography Club

Members of Dunmow Art Group will be welcoming the Dunmow Photography Club when they bring some colour to the town with a Spring Art Exhibition at Foakes Hall in April. The Spring Art Exhibition will be held at Foakes Hall, 47 Stortford Road, Great Dunmow, CM6 1DG, open to the public, from 10am to 4pm on Saturday 18th April and 10am until 4pm on Sunday 19th April. Entry is free and there will refreshments and a raffle available. Audrey McNeill, Chair of the Dunmow Art Group said: "We're delighted that we can, once again, showcase our members' work in Foakes Hall bringing some much-needed colour after this winter. We are also delighted that the Dunmow Photography Club will be joining us after our successful collaboration last year." There will be a range of artworks for sale in a broad range of styles from original oil paintings, acrylics and watercolours, to collages, mixed media, ceramics, textiles, prints, gifts and cards. The Dunmow Photography Club will be showcasing their work in the Talberd Room. Martin Senior, Chair of the Dunmow Photography Club said: "We're pleased to be joining Dunmow Art Group again this year in their Spring Show and look forward to giving the public the chance to see and buy the work of our members." Dunmow Art Group has a long history of supporting artists and art lovers in Dunmow and the surrounding area. It has a regular programme of weekly art meetings and monthly visiting artists and workshops.
