Exploring Dreams through Creativity

Over two days, a small in-person group will explore their dreams through creative expression. About Our dreams show us parts of ourselves we don't usually see. When we slow down and spend time with a dream, it begins to open up and we meet sides of ourselves that were hidden. This workshop proposes to creatively explore dreams with a small in-person group, using active imagination, visualisation and creative expression to support psychological growth and spiritual inquiry. Each day runs from 10am to 5pm and blends gentle guided visualisation, creative work with your own dreams, and time to share and reflect as a group. All materials are provided. No experience of dreamwork is needed, just bring one dream to work with. Read more Toggle Multi-disciplinary Drawing Painting
