RegisterKNOT YET is an installation by Alek (Alexandre Levi) combining drawing, space, and personal scent capsules to explore uncertainty and how the future is sensed through movement, proximity, and time.
KNOT YET is an installation by Alek (Alexandre Levi) that explores how we inhabit the future while living through uncertainty. In a time shaped by overlapping crises, certainty becomes fragile, yet the pressure to choose remains. The work proposes that the future is not distant but already present in what we hold, what we release, and how we move forward. Combining drawing, space, and scent, the installation unfolds as a sequence of perceptual situations navigated through proximity, rhythm, and duration. At the entrance, each visitor receives a small capsule containing a cotton ribbon infused with one of two fragrances composed by the artist. Rather than diffusing into the room, the scent remains close to the body, creating a private atmosphere that subtly shapes perception and memory throughout the experience. A series of drawings on fragile paper guides visitors through shifting states of attention, from barely visible forms to a final concentration of colour that alters how the entire space is perceived. Treating scent as a material alongside paper and pigment, KNOT YET reflects on decision, delay, and the invisible bonds that connect us to what comes next. The exhibition opens on Saturday, April 11 (18:00–22:00), with an artist talk at 19:00. Regular opening hours are Friday and Saturday, 10:00–18:00; visits on Sundays and other days are available by appointment with the artist.
