Summer Exhibition 2026

The UK’s best-loved art show returns this summer. About Held every year without interruption since 1769, the Summer Exhibition showcases a diverse array of contemporary works, including prints, paintings, films, photography, sculpture, and architectural works. It features a mix of art by household names and emerging talent. Many works will be available to buy and sales will directly support the exhibiting artists and the RA’s charitable work, including training the next generation of artists at the Royal Academy Schools . Our Friends preview days take place 13 June, 10am-9pm, 14 June, 10am-6pm, and 15 June, 10am-6pm.
